Customized products and/or special orders are non-refundable.

Shirts and cups are made to order. Bleached shirts are hand bleached personally by me, and will therefore vary in bleaching patterns, meaning no two shirts will be exactly the same. The bleaching process is very weather dependent, so processing times may on occasion be slightly longer than normal.

Orders will be shipped within 7-10 business days of your order, not including weekends or holidays. There is no control over package delivery times once shipped.
